About
Physical wellness without the hype.
The Healthy Guide is an editorial wellness publication. We cover nutrition, posture, fitness, running, and longevity — the parts of physical wellness most people actually live with every day.
Our approach is simple. We read the research, we try the routines, and we write plain-language guides that tell you what to do and why it works. No supplement stacks you can't afford. No routines that assume you have two hours and a home gym. No guru energy.
Why we built this
Most health content online is written for search engines, not people. The top results on “how much protein do I need” or “is my lower back pain from sitting” read like ad farms stitched together by keyword planners. The people asking those questions deserve better.
We read what the National Institutes of Health, Harvard, the American College of Sports Medicine, and peer-reviewed journals actually say. Then we translate it into routines you can run today.
Our editorial standards
Every guide cites its sources. Every routine names what it's good for and what it isn't. We flag when something is still debated by researchers rather than pretending there's one right answer. Nothing we publish is medical advice — if you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.
What you'll find here
Five clusters of physical wellness: nutrition, posture and back pain, fitness and training, running and cardio, and longevity. Each has a hub page with the plain-language answer up top, a few short guides to start with, and deeper routines underneath.
The newsletter
Once a week, we send one short read: a routine, a question answered from research, or a correction to a common piece of wellness advice that doesn't hold up. No spam, easy to unsubscribe, and every reply gets read.
A note on voice: The Healthy Guide is an editorial team. When you read an article here, it represents the standards of the team behind every guide published.
